Because no other company can offer yeast production as efficiently as Cargill, other bidding companies are compelled to offer more than what Cargill offered to buy BioAmber Sarnia. Cargill has offered $210M.
Yeah, I wasn't bringing that up yet.... but there is 99% chance of that happening with involved parties/legal teams..... Let's be real $9/10 stock when things weren't that great... but now we know were this industry is headed... back then they were many questions back then, respectively.
Institutions got out of this this Spring when they didn't know for sure what was gonna happen... now they know but can't invest until it reaches a certain price.... that could be an interesting angle as things play out.
