All bidders, except Cargill, will need to make a premium bid if they expect their bid to be seriously considered by PwC. This is because Cargill brings to the table low-cost production of Yeast which no other bidder can offer.

It's like Shark Tank when Lori Greiner (Cargill) offers less because of her connections and successful track record with Home Shopping Network & Bed, Bath & Beyond. Cargill is Lori Greiner.
