I have a few that I'm partial to myself. Zucchini bread is easy to make. So easy, even a dipstick like myself can do it.

My sister diced up some bacon and started cooking it while carmelizing onions in a slight bit of vegetable oil. When the bacon was about halfway done, she added diced up zucchini (she's a gourmet chef, I believe she called it mooned?) and a dash of minced garlic. Not long after, the zucchini cooked in the flavored oils and seasonings, and was amazing. I've tried it several times myself with mixed results. Never bad, just not quite like sis did it.
