As of July 15, 2018 there were only 5,136,300 shorted shares because total 740,300 shares were recovered by the shorters (total 5,876,600 shares were shorted as of June 30, 2018)!

The shorters are smart because they cover so many shares below 0.11. Otherwise they have to chase to cover at $0.16 ~ $0.21 or higher very soon...
