Yes, your data is the latest one which was as of June 30, 2018. The huge shorting position's reduction is because of those shorters having covered total 4.34M shares between May 31 and June 30 when they realized very very strong buying pressures at the current Dirt Cheap bottom price levels!

If they don't cover the remaining 5.87M shares now then they have to Chase To Cover those Huge positions at $0.16 ~ $0.21 or higher soon!
