Unless the bidders are made public soon, it would appear that this path is open to interpretation with a consequence impact on stock price. So. Is this something worth considering? Is seems to me that silence regarding who bid and how much would depress the price until a decision is made on which bidder to accept, if that's what will happen. Presumably all bids are made with respect to the bidders' perceived risk and future expected value. Financiers and the old board will make the same calculation, no?
