Healthcare can not be a competitive market. When you need care you can't doctor shop, you need care promptly. Shoot, I can't even get Medicare to cover the treatments that are most beneficial to me because they aren't "approved" by the H.I.C. and the FDA. Some of my suppliments have been used in Asia for hundreds if not thousands of years, but they aren't covered.
The statistics say you are wrong. "Socialized" healthcare is cheaper.
