The serious/smart investors understand that Newbridge is a bad actor in the broker industry - and that dgfund.com is just a toxic lender that made OWCP file a S-1 to circumvent Rule 144 - so that the shares that DGF receive at a discount will be free trading immediately.
It is amusing that a few who don't understand why a S-1 was filed also don't understand that that this is a Toxic loan.
The S-1 also covers the 2.5 million shares that were awarded to Newbridge.
I heard they wanted it dismissed, but SEC is fighting that claim. I did see Freilands lawyers claims and they appear legit that the SEC didn't take the proper up front legal approach. But, I'm far from a lawyer, I think time will only tell on that matter!
