What the hell, everyone that has a claim filed against them for fraud - files a Motion to Dismiss - the facts are Friedland couldn't have committed the fraud without OWCP being a active participant.

And everyone that isn't married to OWCP understands that OWCP was complicit in the fraudulent activity.
