Well it does state June 28, 2018 on the filing, which was last Thursday. So not late? Perhaps OTC made the boo boo?

the date you note does not state it was submitted on June 28. It said he had they were current as of that June 28.

It further asserts the shares outstanding as of 6/30. How did they know the shares outstanding as of 6/30 (Saturday)? if it was submitted last week, was LG postdating it or something?

Oh, and it was due mid April.

EDIT: And as somebody else pointed out, LG signed it on 7/1
