Maybe first state to start a chain-reaction against changing
cell phone and IOT pricing packages? The larger the electronics
grid that controls our personal use info, would enable more tax revenue to state that gets new Clouding, AI siting facilities? Is that what would
be behind this type of resistance to lowering package discounts, or
would it be jockeying for some kind of state centric political 'look-what-I-am-doing' argument for coming Nov election effect donations?
