I think you are right about the sequence first the changes and than the news about financing...

For me the news will be there and of august...

Just my opinion:

Finish of Nordmins work in 2 month, and FS redo in additional 2-4 month.
That brings us to the end of the year. Summer holiday time in just infront.

I decided to sell half of my shares at the end of july, if there are no major news before hand

An additional year is gone and i dont know if the improvements will save more than that spent year

A scandium offtake is necessary before securing financing according to the FS.

It was mentioned 2 years ago that NioCorp was in talks with a dozen or so potential suitors for an offtake. Also, the FS mentioned that NioCorp had a goal to secure an offtake within 6 months of the FS release. We've yet to ink a deal and that's something I've been concerned about.
