From what I found through my own, & others DD is; there is a lot of valid sources that corroborates a lot of different facts, the connection between Vert / SPCL / PixelMags, Oreva / High Times / persuit to get Digital Distribution, Google / Apple / PixelMags / Media Giants, Adam / Neil / sewing it all together. There is a lot of Evidence out there, but very few 8Ks to verify legitimacy of the absolute truth. Not to mention 10Ks 10A/Qs that needed to be filed to ensure Rocket Launch hit the price points I estimated $1.42 to $2.14 (no reverse split). On a side note I am glad the Migme deal did not go through, yes it could have opened up the Asian Market, but it would have sattled SPCL with toxic dept.
