Indeed because IMO I’m assuming the only money made in this company is by selling shares. Can’t buy them back because that then makes them even more useless.
Actually the CEO cannot buy or sell shares while not current. Period. And the company cannot buy back shares without an 8K filing saying it is approved. So - duh, anyone that knows the public company laws knows that no shenanigans are going to happen or are happening. No buyback, no nuttin, until an 8K filing saying differently.
