Wrong.Nobody's paying ANYTHING until the lawsuit is settled.

I assume no one would pay more than $75k - although these OTCM shells often sale for $250k.

I could see Kim wanting the money he paid Ross and the Attorney fees back.

Not many are stupid enough to make the same mistake Kim says he made. In fact, I doubt he actually did make the mistake you claim he did. it's just too stupid.
