Are suggesting that the Ruppert lawsuit has merit and he should continue to screw over shareholders once again with these fake loan lawsuits?

Ruppert was ingrained to believe he could just make up numbers that he loaned NGCG - remember I found part of his lawsuit contained a "loan" where his wife Pamela had already collected - then proved the $100,000 loan was fraudulent and he kept amending his complaint lowering the amount each time - then there was the forged signature of Pamela Ruppert.

The Ruppert lawsuit is fraudulent and should be dismissed - I guess I will go through the amended complaint and point out what is BS for the attorney.

I do agree it is possible that most would want the lawsuit to dismissed/settled before buying the company.

You do understand that Kim could have just allowed the Ruppert scam to continue but he chose to fight it for the shareholders.

You stated that Kim was named in the lawsuit but I proved that wasn't close to being accurate - so Kim did defend the lawsuit to benefit the shareholders.
