ARRIS is quite indebted, but has $3B+
Weird 10-K, 10-Q.
Looking for Change in Cash Flow From Operations.
"As of December 31, 2017, we had approximately $2,161.4 million in total indebtedness and $498.3 million available under our revolving line of credit to support our working capital needs. Our debt service obligations with respect to this indebtedness could have an adverse impact on our earnings and cash flows for as long as the indebtedness is outstanding."
Anyway, makes it harder to go to trial. Can't afford risk of $3x.
Believe must buy. No other practical option.
In addition, maybe they have insurance policy to hedge against infringement.
Couldn't find, but my research time is up.
