correct. he said he would do it separate of HEXA if not done by FINRA on or before July 4. not before or the day after, just that he would do it

$ ONCI. Yes he did when he said July 4th as the date and no way around it and that can not be spined any other way and i am a long but if he wasnt going to do it in that time frame he should of left that out of the PR because he had done said over and over he was going to do it with the Name change but he changed every thing when he stated by the July 4th date to it PERIOD.
