Jerry, he stated that if FINRA doesn't have the name change by July 4th, then he is going to retire 1.4 billion himself. Obviously, he has to wait to see if FINRA happens before next Wednesday. THEN, it's just plain common sense that he has to wait till after that date to take action. That is so plain and simple.
Either way 1.4 BILLION shares are being removed from the OS count! Do you realize the effect that will have here? Once buying volume picks up here, this thing will run HARD.
