So if there is zero friendship between mersky and zouvas, just how did zouvas own shares of both DRNK and GRAS while being DRNK's attorney and Suing GRAS?? No, these two are or were working very closely in an orchestrated effort. Time will tell. Noho has never ever been profitable, product barely moving. Sad that common sense is so easily dismissed. Mersky has a sordid past as does Zouvas. Will be nice to see what comes out of Zouvas testimony and conviction.
SO sorry some got sucked into this scam but hopeful those who saw the light bailed and went to greener pastures. But at least some still have their humor by trying to say this is a real company.
