Other than the fact that LQMT has failed to turn a profit under Li's leadership what conclusion(s) would one draw from this question and answer ?

And, folks posting here think that LI is looking to make money from his American based company ?

Thank you.

Interesting!

(10) In addition to liquid metal, the company has the latest breakthroughs in Magnesium alloys?

A: New energy vehicles are hot spots for research and development all over the world. The company's Magnesium and Aluminum alloys can meet the light weight demand for automobiles and notebooks. The ultra-thin ultralight Magnesium alloy door panels developed by the company and General Motors are becoming pioneers in the lightweight development of the automotive industry and won the 2017 International Magnesium Association Excellence Award. The company has established a good cooperation relationship with BYD, Guoxuan and other customers in the core components of new energy vehicles - motor, electronic control, and battery pack systems; and in the areas of new energy vehicles and large auto parts, and TKP, HBA, TRW, GKN, Geely and other customers launched full cooperation.

Thank you and have a great day and weekend! ;)

If Lugee Li paid $64 million OF-HIS-OWN-MONEY for LQMT (like so many here believe); why on earth during a Eontech CC would a large investor even assimilate Eontech and a private offshore investment Professor Li made of his own money?????

It couldn't possibly be that there was some Eontech money as a part of that $64 million and that large Eontech investor is concerned how that will all play out?

And...

Why does Eontec have public CCs and it is unimportant or necessary for LQMT to have them? You'd think that a straight forward, no BS'n man with the business acumen of Luggee Li would see the value in those CCs. Would feel it is a part of his job to answer to shareholders at least quarterly. And would want to boast about accomplishments achieved over the past 3 months by the hard working organization. You'd think that a man of letters who studied for years would not fear a common business practice of conversation with the ownership of the firm.

It couldn't possibly be that Lugee Li does't want to be inconvenienced by having to answer for the ongoings of LQMT?

And...

If #6 is true; then i guess we all know what will happen in the future to LQMT; don't we?

If LQMT gets to the point it will not be a drag on Eontec earnings, it will be absorbed into Eontec.

Going out on a limb here....I'm guessing Eontec will manipulate it so they do not pay a high price. Just a guess.

So there will never be a Dollarland.

Thoughts...

A: Because LQMT is still in a loss state, it will not be incorporated into Eontec. In the future, if LQMT is profitable, it will considered to be merge into Eontec at the right time. Thank you!

Or does this mean in other words, "when LQMT is worth less and is affordable to Eontec, then we will merge the companies"?

Thank you Joshuaeyu, for your post. It is very helpful.

With the current sales and costs to obtain those sales, it will be a long long time before Li, will decide to absorb LQMT into Eontec, unless 2 things happen:

1. LQMT sales exceed their (COGS) costs.

2. If Li, changes his mind and adds debt to Eontec.

The second event looks more probable at this moment.

Good luck

You highlighted the reference to large CE customers which we all know is the fruit company. I believe there are already three separate suppliers in place at present. Foxconn, Catcher, and Pegatron (Casetek). Hopefully the fruit company will finally pull the trigger this fall. With three new phones, a new watch, new iPad Air, and new MacBook all coming out, the odds are pretty good.

At the right time.So as long as Lqmt stay in the loss column Lqmt shareholders will benefit from the potential upside in share price, and as soon as Lqmt turns profits Eontec shareholders will benefit the truly upside .Thanks Li for telling us how you feel about us Lqmt shareholders.

“At present, large customers of Consumer Electronics products will simultaneously choose three or more suppliers to supply at the same time.”

Your thoughts on the large customers (plural)?

Your thoughts on the suppliers?
