You are absolutely right! Two upgrades at one time is highly irregular and I also see it as noteworthy.
While we're on a slide so far this week, severity has been minimal, especially in light of the pushdown occurring across the general market. Once we---the broader market participants---wrest free of the temporary drought brought on by trade tensions and other temporal issues, I fully expect to see NGL soaring. And it will probably come on the heels of balance sheet tightening. I continue to hold that when the check comes in for the divestiture of the retail propane business, units will soar---perhaps as much as two whole dollars.
If I'm wrong? Well, boil me in oil. But please---make it light sweet, not heavy sour. And above all---know this:
It ain't my as-phalt. Butt I won't say that as it would come across as crude. So oil now move on to other holdings.
