That's interesting to me as Cramer's "The Street" is routinely frowning on hi-yielding plays such as MLPs. I'm wondering why the move from unacceptable to acceptable---is it merely a demonstration of surrendering?

Side issue:

The declaration of 133,000 units of NGL coming from Director Parker represents the exercise of warrants in an even swap by the numbers. However, this can be interpreted differently---depending upon terms governing the original issuance of the warrants.
