Are you saying the whole industry is less profitable now because of the extra costs and risks for testing? PNTV is in the same situation with the rest of their industry, but if you remember back when Nevada was starting up they were ahead of the game because they were already labeling and packaging their products correctly for the state of Nevada. I seriously believe they used their same packaging process and as a previous poster mentioned the farm was not selling for the fear of this change. I'm really not concerned about this at all for PNTV. I have zero belief that they bought the grow facility only to be blind to state restrictions only 1 month later.
Weak people will take any change and use it as an excuse to fall. The strong ones will see it as an opportunity to succeed.
