I just told you specifically what can drive a SP, FUSZ isn't the only example of a company investors have loaded shares in anticipation of revenues to come. There's many more and some been bought out without revenues. Now you can buy shares now....or I guarantee you when FUSZ starts showing revenues very soon...even a hint...you will pay a premium. But do what you must.
Recently met a store owner and I told him about nFUSZ and how I thought they might be the next huge thing and signed a deal with Oracle. His eyes lit up. He told me he use to trade but not anymore and really didn't talk about it much. Was a sad story and he lost a lot of money but if he only held on. I felt bad for bringing it up. He was an early Oracle share holder which made it big eventually.
I didn't see that (RS) as one of the NASDAQ or NYSE requirements. Can you please send me a link showing me that it is a requirement? Did every company that uplisted have to do a RS? IMO, I really don't think this applies to FUSZ.
