#2873 RE: PayDirt! #2871

Hi Reed - I would actually expect huge volatility once the shorts start to cover. The momentum will be to the upside of course and may well overshoot due to the momo boys and hangers on all getting in based on wanting to be in on a big short squeeze, and this will pump the price up too high.

Then there will probably be a big drop and a few more up's and down's until fair price is reached.

We here will probably have a good idea what fair price is by then, because our intelligence is increasing at the moment.

One thing I did with another company was to e-mail and phone the company so that they can clarify the outstanding shares, the authorised shares and the float. That helps eveybody out, because it means investors can try and calculate fair value and the company gets more people to invest, because their fear of dilution is gone.

When I spoke with Desmond this week, I asked him if dilution was going on and he said "No, we already filed regulation D 504, which puts a cap on the amount the company can raise from the sale of shares in a year".

Anyway, what I wrote the above two paragraphs to explain was that I will be calling and emailing ECFL to encourage them to issue details of the OS, float etc. asap so that this is done. They probably already have that planned due to what I explain next, but if we all put the odd call into the office, they will start thinking that it really matters to the investors that they get on and do it. I sell it to the company by saying "more people will put their money in your company once this information is public...."

As the company intends on listing on the OTC and intends on reporting like an OTC BB company in advance of the listing, we should get more interest in the stock from investors more cautious than ourselves.

The company sound like they want to get on with the job of the listing, so while I will take some profit from any spike upwards, I am going to keep a big chunk of my shares back for a long position and swing trade the rest.

Could be on to a real gem here.
