Because SPCL never did respond to the SEC about its shortcomings July 23rd will be here before you know it. There is a long list of OTC tickers that have now been suspended with revocations on the delay back burner.

The SEC will be a busy website on July 23rd with all the upcoming revocations including SPCLs.
