There are hundreds of start up companies in the United States and world wide which bring to market new materials and technologies as we all know the technology boom has been going on for some time and they employ people who specialize in taking new companies and new technologies to market .This is a field that people like Michael Kraft specialize in. As you can see this is a job Mr. Kraft has taken for other start ups. Finding the right personal isn't easy but most start-ups employ people nobody has ever heard of .Some start ups like apple or microsoft were run by people nobody knew as well and in those cases those new companies inventors brought on personal to work with the original inventors to bring their new tech to market and their technologies became as we know quit successful and they became very well know because of their success. As in the case of Coretec , the inventor was at a university , NDSU, and that required company to be brought on to market those new technologies and of course Coretec was started and Michael Kraft an expert at bringing new materials from new companies to market was brought on and he put together a team to get the job done . We can see that he has been very successful at doing that with other start ups with new technologies as well as being an high ranking executive at Ceradyne that went from a 100 million dollar company to be bought out by 3M for 860 million dollars . This is a specialty area of leadership that is highly sought after as there are many Universities and Government projects and others constantly bring new technologies to market and have to have experts in this field to get those technologies to market.
