I got a few nibbles but most were not interested in the finer details of what has transpired. Unfortunately in the grand scheme of things ATT/Fibertower is small potatoes compared to ATT/TWX and Sprint/TMobile. The telecom world moves quickly.

I do find it interesting that AT&T's Investor Relations would not send anything other than the press release.

I would also assume that you will inevitably see class action suits against 3 parties. FCC, Fibertower, and ATT.

Thanks to this message board, Levy, and Fahy for laying down a nice foundation of justification. It is still not over but the silence is deafening. ATT still has not utilized the 5G spectrum and their 5G rhetoric appears to have subsided from earlier in the year. I think Verizon will clearly be the first out of the gate with something robust and meaningful and then AT&T.
