That looks correct to me. Which profile are you referring to? IDVC and SSE are two separate companies. IDVC corp. office is in Utah. When the MOU is completed IDVC will have licencing and marketing rights to SSE products which will be fantastic because SSE has some amazing things they are working on according to the things I read about them on Facebook, Twitter and their website, ect.
