Full disclosure regarding debt:

Carebourn has one note left.It can be purchased by us.

Crown Partners are willing to sell to us.

Power Up bought the two notes from Carebourn weeks ago. It's the only debt in the market. They have $24K left to convert as per 6/18 and they've stepped away for a week or so. They have a few small notes we can repay as they haven't matured. Lenders are having deposit issues due to the changes a few months ago which has been in our favor.

We're at a point where this can be cleaned up. When I took over a few years ago there was 8-9 pipe guys here and now here we are, almost debt free. I look to have decisions final very soon. Understand that I have the shareholders interests as my soul focus - I believe with the right partnering we can turn things around to settle this remaining balance and go back to the valuation we deserve."
