Because it is a 1031 Exchange thru WAND, Does that add addl Voting Threshold Requirement for this Merger such as 90% of the Vote should be FOR the Merger?? Saying this because Suddenly somehow the RETAIL Votes seem to have become Too Important in deciding the Outcome at the SH Meeting June 29th...
