The lawsuit I was so certain he was going to win was dismissed? Isn't that interesting, Mersky realized that it wasn't worth suing GRAS because they had nothing of real value to give, it would have just been a waste of legal fees to continue a pointless case LOLOL, Mersky made a smart decision...
