Insignificant money changing hands for a price point for the day. The significant feature of my post was the price that it changed hands at $0.00059.
Institutional Trade Accounts allows increments of $0.00001
Private Trade Accounts allows increments of $0.0001
It is not so much in how much traded hands, it is between who it traded hands.
Institutional traders setting a price point for the day. It has happened several times since SPCL hit the Gray Market, and seems to be a coordinated effort.

For a Grey Market Tanted Ticker there is a lot to be suspicious of.
