Arcaro takes home some lunch money for his services getting the shell ready and reinstated as well as reimbursement for all the overdue fees etc that he pays out of his own pocket.
LOL!! I'm quite sure he doesn't make "lunch money" for serving as custodian. Shell peddlers can make $100K or more on every shell. And it isn't difficult work. If the vendor doesn't screw up as much as Adam Tracy did, he can make several million a year.
Or more, depending on whether he also plays the stocks.
