Seriously, How does one obtain custodianship, then wipe out those he is the custodian for?

In the CYPE example, there was an unexplained volume for the three months before the "announcement". Does he quietly buy their shares on the market for nothing before making his "announcement"?

I'm think there is a thousand times the money in doing that over just selling the shells.
