A strong hold to me too. Cash/share above $1.5 Co. has more money to keep processing the backlog. The news of cash plus reduced debt. increased Book value by more than $0.50/share. Stock should be trading $2-3 even without any more contract announcements. more to come, that's for sure.
Btw, stock market is tanking today. pretty sure, those who did their DD keep buying.
