Cancelled stock ie Commons cannot own anything...they are gone. I've posted the text a million times and yet no one can explain it away. As for WMIH, they only receive what was stated in the POR, nothing more, they are the Successor of WMI, NOT it's Successor In Interest. Huge difference.

That is why it is clearly stated in POR7 former shareholders own the assets of WMI, (not WMB) and the reorganized Debtor owns the equity interests in those assets!

Gey, Company and Shareholders, who ever expected a company to just turnover their cash to shareholders?

They have rights to ownership on the property , period.. Chain of title
