All my shares are locked. It seems considerable amount of folks have also locked their shares.

MMs have backed down and no longer shorting the shares. If we get any news on Delaware Defendents case or expected denial of institution of ARRIS IPRs (update due by Aug 2nd at the latest), this stock will shoot up.

Arris or any settlement news will rock the MMs with massive short positions. I suspect they will start covering soon before any news.

Don’t forget to consider “locking your shares” to starve these MMs and discourage them using your very own stocks against you. It seems all old timers have “locked” their shares and that has resulted the current daily low volume.

If you have acquired a position during past few days, you may want to considering locking your shares i.e. put GTC limit order at a price higher than your target price e.g 3 or 4 or whatever dollars. This strategy has proved to be successful as it has seriously reduced the number and volume of daily trades.

My locks were being regularly cancelled by my broker in last couple of weeks. Please check yours are intact if you have significant position.
