The reason people like you and me Watchfull can not pick up these trades is because they are being done by institutions not individuals. Institutional investors can trade @ $0.00059, and individual investors are stuck at $0.0006. The ability to go another digit further allows them to dance around us. That and th $60 to $75 dollar trades could only be profitable if there is no/low trading fees (bulk rate). There are big fish in this pond. Between August 24 2016 and September 8 2016 over 3 Billion shares were accumulated under $0.0007. Who ever picked up on those shares are still holding over 2 Billion. Those Big Fish are playing the long game as the majority of individual investors want to flip on the intraday quick money. This is what I see happening.
