So [private company] parent company of [private company] it is. "Gallant Brands, Inc., parent company of The Original Soupman, LLC," kind of says it all. Post-Chapter 7 bankruptcy nailed the commons. Glad that Gallant Brands is providing soup to those who serve/did serve.
