BTW Where is the 8-K? material event ... he stopped filing financials i know ... but does that mean he gets to skip 8-K's also? How will he finance the new location if he stopped filing and is facing a stop sign soon? even with the yield sign and no fins he would have one hell of a time getting anyone to pay for billion + shares.
