existing space ... there is a retail district within the casino complex left over from previous owner.

Has anyone spoken to the man and asked him if this is an existing space or if Bergio will be footing the bill for a build. I can only imagine the cost of doing a build.....and my guess is he will need investors to cover the cost if he's responsible


of course he will have to furnish it with fixtures and inventory. expect investors to pay for it all yes. square footage is the question to ask and location within the retail area. i'm surprised the casino is allowing him to jerk off until late november...i would think with them opening one week from now they would want their retail slots filled at least by end of summer. makes the whole deal sound a little fishy, he will have to disclose details by next week as once the casino opens it will be easy to spot which retail locations are vacant and what their square footage is. Fixtures and inventory will be huge expense. casino says they are opening with 70,000 square feet total retail space.
vendors undisclosed yet, fashion - wellness - wine are the only hints so far.
i'm staying there the 1st week of july ... can't wait ...the place looks fabulous ...oceanview is amazing
