Read the actual bill in its entirety. Not just news articles. Breath testing nationwide is being reworded and revamped to accommodate the new laws for transition to THC breath testing.

The only reason oral fluid testing is even mentioned is because it's ALL that's available for "roadside" testing. That's going to change...
