Wow a lot of canard going around here. It is in all likely a reverse split which would require a vote from shareholders. From what I heard from my contacts at UBS though is that they are not about to dump the shares on the open market. They have a plan for disposing of the shares. I believe Patient said it is going to be a 1 for 10 reverse split which would with the following dilution hopefully put us back in the mid $2 range like we were a few years back.
