I believe Patient said it is going to be a 1 for 10 reverse split which would with the following dilution hopefully put us back in the mid $2 range like we were a few years back.

Fred, are you saying CFO Patient told you it's likely going to be a 10:1 reverse split or someone at UBS Group told you that that's what Patient told them?
