well, I just did some DD on Steven Berman and it is not very encouraging what I find. i will stay away from this stock. it doesn´t mean that it cannot succeed, but most of the time this people do not change

He realized that NOBODY wanted an app controlling their phone use in the car. Especially, when that APP costs $175

Consider that competitors who are all selling more are charging $5 per month and not selling a lot.

The CONSUMING PUBLIC HATES the APP. Employers do not want to force their employees into something that they hate.

The CEO met (if true) with at least 50 companies. YET NOT ONE contract has ever been produced OR VERIFIED as REAL. NONE.

THE APP STORES have a total of 9 reviews in TWO YEARS.

THE Accounts Receivable go up by the amount of the Gross Margin every quarter for 9 quarters in a row. This indicates Ficticious REVENUE. NO COMPANY would allow customers 27 months to pay.

ONCI is FRAUD and the CEO BAILED OUT LONG AGO.
