well, I just did some DD on Steven Berman and it is not very encouraging what I find. i will stay away from this stock. it doesn´t mean that it cannot succeed, but most of the time this people do not change

that was 2013 - long time ago and hopefully the guy has changed his behavior.. but maybe not..
