Anyone can edgarize documents. That is why I asked if he is edgarizing them himself. The software is not user friendly, and the learning process is a pain in the rear.
I don't know the stock or man, but do you suppose it is possible he is trying to get the SEC's attention? If he feels that prior mgt screwed him, and his conversations with the SEC have not done any good. Maybe he hopes this will get them to help go after them.
It would more than likely backfire, and he could be the sole target. But it almost sounds as if he is exasperated with the whole ordeal.
