It's hard to be modest about raising 100s and 100s of millions of dollars time and time again in his 38 years in business not to mention how many peoples lives he changed with the 03-04 run and the many many lives since then with other sub penny micro cap companies

That is hilarious considering Halpern's CGI was expelled by FINRA in May of 2004 for being broke.

Further, for FYE 2003, Halpern's CGI reported cash/equivalents of $6,046 and total assets of $26,527.

In addition for FYE 2003, Halpern's CGI reported $5,000 in "Consulting Income" for total revenue, and SG&A of $14,140 for an operating loss of $9,140.

And since when doe the SEC "clear" anything?

I did note in the bios that each of the directors mentioned their formal education and degrees, the two that were omitted were Halpern and daddy Halpern.
